Overview We are looking for a Webflow Developer to take full ownership of our companys website, ensuring it remains visually compelling, high-performing, and aligned with our business goals. This role goes beyond website management we need someone who can design, innovate, automate, and optimize our web presence using Webflow and other modern tools. Key Deliverables Design & UI/UX Optimization Design and prototype website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces in Figma before implementing them in Webflow. Ensure intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs across all devices. Apply UI/UX best practices to create seamless and engaging user experiences. Webflow Development & Maintenance Develop new pages, features, and interactive elements to enhance website functionality and user experience. Implement custom interactions, animations, and Webflow CMS features. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues to ensure minimal downtime. Automation & Integrations Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or custom scripts. Integrate Webflow with third-party applications, including CRM (HubSpot), marketing automation, and analytics tools. Optimize website operations using AI-driven and no-code/low-code solutions. SEO, Performance & Security Implement best practices for SEO, page speed optimization, and accessibility. Monitor and enhance site performance using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and Webflows built-in optimizations. Conduct regular audits to ensure website security, scalability, and performance. Collaboration & Strategy Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to implement web strategies. Track, analyze, and report website performance metrics, suggesting data-driven improvements. Stay updated on Webflow trends, UI/UX best practices, and new web technologies. Key Requirements 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Webflow Developer. Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping web pages. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. Ability to translate designs into fully responsive Webflow pages. Expertise in Webflow CMS, animations, interactions, and Webflow API. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web performance optimization. Experience with Zapier, HubSpot workflows, or custom scripts for automation. Ability to integrate Webflow with CRM, marketing tools, and third-party APIs. Knowledge of SEO principles, website analytics (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.), and CRO best practices. Ability to troubleshoot technical and design issues independently. Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams. Passion for new web technologies, AI-driven solutions, and automation.
