Role Overview

Crypto-Native Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Own and manage social presence across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Lens, Farcaster, Instagram
• Spot emerging Web3 trends, news, and narratives to create real-time, reactive content.
• Drive virality using memes, threads, Twitter Spaces, and short-form videos.
  

2. Community Growth & Engagement

• Build and nurture vibrant communities on Telegram and Discord.
• Launch gamified campaigns, airdrops, and referral programs to boost loyalty.
• Moderate discussions, handle FUD, and maintain a positive brand reputation.
  

3. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Craft narrative-driven content: deep-dive threads, memes, alpha leaks, and educational posts.
• Collaborate with influencers and leverage meme marketing to maximize reach.
• Tailor messaging for DeFi, NFT, and L2 audiences.
  

4. Paid Growth & Performance Analytics

• Run targeted paid campaigns on Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, and Telegram.
• Track and analyze performance using Dune, Nansen, and platform insights.
• Partner with KOLs, influencers, and DAOs for co-marketing opportunities.

Preferred Experience

• Managed social media for crypto exchanges, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, or L2 solutions.
• Familiarity with on-chain metrics, wallets, and trading psychology.
• Experience using Web3 analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Messari).
• Network of crypto influencers, KOLs, and thought leaders.
