Description
Role Overview: As a Web UI/UX & Motion Designer at Pidge, located in Gurugram, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces, creating engaging motion graphics, and enhancing the overall user experience on web platforms. Your tasks will include working closely with developers and stakeholders, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and testing designs for usability and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for the website (desktop & mobile). - Ensure intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and conversion-driven layouts. - Apply brand guidelines consistently across all screens and pages. - Design and implement animations, transitions, and interactive elements that enhance user experience. - Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to bring designs into production. - Ensure responsive, lightweight, and accessible motion design across devices. Qualifications Required: - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX website design + motion/interactive web projects. - Proficiency in Figma (UI/UX wireframing, prototyping, components). - Hands-on experience with Adobe After Effects + Bodymovin/Lottie. - Strong knowledge of CSS animations, GSAP (GreenSock), Anime.js. - Ability to design and optimize SVG animations. - Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, transitions). - Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility experience.
