Web UI/UX Designer

As we continue to innovate and enhance our digital shopping experience, were looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to help us craft an engaging and seamless online experience for our customers. Position Summary: As a Web UI/UX Designer , you will play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our eCommerce website. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, Marketing, and Development, to design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences that drive increased AOV and conversion. What Youll Do: Design and optimize user interfaces for our website with a mobile-first approach, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience. Work with the Web Analytics Manager to define customer groups/segments, analyze site behavior, and gather insights to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new website features and enhancements. Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs. Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in eCommerce. Run A/B tests and analyze user data to refine and optimize designs for improved performance. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in an eCommerce environment. Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects with a focus on usability and conversion. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools. Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about user flows. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate design ideas effectively.
