Your passion for technology and high tech, along with your solid technical marketing abilities, will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Reach or exceed your sales goals. - Consistently increase and expand your knowledge of the industry and sales process. - Handle inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat, often managing multiple contacts simultaneously. - Track all customer interactions with detailed information for future follow-ups. - Assist new customers in selecting the best plan for their website. - Upgrade existing customers to newer plans that better suit their requirements. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent written and spoken English skills are a must, as you will be communicating with customers via phone and live chat. - Work under pressure, handle stress, and perform basic math calculations for determining amounts owed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in any field. - At least 6 months of experience in IT hosting (Cloud and Dedicated) sales. - Strong technical marketing abilities. - Passion for technology and high tech. - Experience in a high-volume sales environment, preferably within a call center setting. - Excellent customer service skills.
