Web & Graphic Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, creating, and coding web pages using a combination of non-technical and technical skills to develop websites that meet our clients" needs. Your role will involve designing high-quality web applications, utilizing tools like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Flash, HTML5, and CSS3. It is essential to have a good understanding of graphic design software and methodologies. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Project Management team and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting schedules to meet deadlines effectively. - Collaborate with the project manager to understand requirements and maintain regular communication. - Develop detailed website specifications and design sample page layouts. - Create graphics, animations, and manipulate digital photographs. - Present design ideas to clients and incorporate feedback. - Code using various software and work with content management systems. - Ensure websites comply with legal standards and client branding policies. - Edit content, debug code, and redesign web pages as needed. - Coordinate with web developers, graphic designers, and external agencies. - Conduct website testing to verify functionality. - Hand over completed websites to clients and provide necessary support. - Stay updated on current design trends and software developments. - Demonstrate exceptional programming, communication, debugging, and analytical skills. - Take initiative, stay motivated, and establish effective task completion strategies. - Foster communication channels within the team and other departments. - Manage estimations, time sheets, resources, and project timelines. - Handle team members, client servicing, and client management efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Photoshop, Corel Draw, Flash, Graphic Designing, Web Designing, Communication Skills, Project Management, Adobe Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. - Experience in responsive design and familiarity with HTML5 (W3 Standard) and CSS. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn new skills, and adapt to changing requirements.
