Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and sincere male staff for Office Boy job.

Office Boy Job Description :

Cleaning :

Ensure all common areas such as meeting rooms, kitchen, and restrooms, are neat and well-maintained. Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste properly.

Kitchen and Pantry Management:

Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office visitors.
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the pantry and office.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Purchasing in the local market
Run daily tasks such as banking and other external tasks .
Coordinate with team members for field-related activities.
Handling general office tasks, including photocopying, filling.
Coordinate with external service providers for repairs and maintenance.

Skills

Proven experience as an Office Boy or similar role.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
Physical stamina to perform various manual tasks.
Driving Skills
Own Vehicle Preferred for movement (Vehicle transit reimbursements for office work will be given)

Experience: More than one year

Education: Read Basic English

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with standard office hours.
Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
