Job Description – Graphic Designer Position: Graphic Designer Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Location:Remote/Office Job Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with at least 1 year of professional experience to design engaging visuals for both digital and print platforms. The candidate will collaborate with the marketing team and ensure designs align with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Create social media graphics, posters, brochures, banners, and presentations. Support digital marketing campaigns with high-quality visuals. Adapt designs for multiple platforms (print, web, social media). Collaborate with marketing/content teams to bring ideas to life. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/Canva. Strong understanding of typography, colors, and layouts. Basic UI/UX knowledge is an advantage. Must have own laptop. Ability to accept feedback and refine designs. Compensation & Benefits: 3 months probation period. During probation: No fixed salary, performance-based incentives After probation (based on performance): Permanent role with salary (30,000) + Incentives
