Web Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Website Developer to join our Marketing team. The role involves building, maintaining, and optimizing websites and landing pages to support marketing campaigns, brand visibility, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, creative design sense, and an understanding of digital marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, microsites, and campaign landing pages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign requirements into engaging and responsive web experiences.
• Implement SEO best practices, tracking codes (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixels), and conversion optimization techniques.
• Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Regularly update and optimize website content to improve search ranking and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain website functionality across browsers and devices.
• Integrate marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRM platforms) with the website.
• Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and digital marketers to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest web development, UX/UI, and digital marketing trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or relevant frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, etc.).
• Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and web performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and design teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
• Understanding of A/B testing and analytics-driven improvements.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva).
