Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides the technical point of view for incoming tasks

Creates or reviews tasks time estimations

Provides alternatives to deal with technical challenges

Supports the manager with workflow supervision and improvements

Supervise and promotes the best practices application

Supervise interview for new team members

Provides guidance for induction process

Supervise and promotes team s knowledge transfer and team member s career path

Help Managers on the creation and follow up of technical action plans for the team

Support team members on meetings or negotiations that may require technical knowledge
