1. Website Development & Management • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites for Schools & Colleges under the Gopalan Group of Institutions. • Develop front-end interfaces and back-end functionalities to ensure seamless performance and scalability. • Build and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. • Conduct regular updates to content, banners, and media assets across all institutional websites. • Ensure fast page loading times, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness. • Maintain version control and proper backup protocols for all website assets. 2. SEO & Website Optimization • Implement and maintain on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, URL structure, sitemaps, and schema markup. • Monitor and improve website performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals, page speed, and user engagement. • Integrate tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager for performance tracking. • Optimize website content and structure for improved search engine rankings and organic visibility. • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align SEO and content strategies. 3. Website Maintenance & Functionality • Conduct routine website maintenance, plugin updates, and server performance checks. • Ensure security protocols and SSL certifications are consistently updated. • Maintain website uptime, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve bugs promptly. • Test website functionality regularly across browsers and devices. • Implement accessibility and usability best practices for educational audiences. 4. Enquiry Management & Integrations • Ensure enquiry/contact forms are functional, secure, and optimized for conversions. • Integrate website forms with CRM systems (e.g., Leadsquared, Zoho, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. • Coordinate API integrations with 3rd party portals for lead management and analytics tracking. • Ensure data captured via website forms is accurately transferred and stored in CRM with minimal errors. 5. Collaboration & Documentation • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and IT teams to ensure website supports institutional campaigns. • Coordinate with content writers, designers, and SEO specialists for cohesive website updates. • Maintain proper documentation of all development activities, version histories, and update logs. • Suggest and implement best practices for UX/UI enhancements and digital experience improvements.
