Urgent Hiring: Team Leader – Web Developer & Web Designer

We are urgently hiring an experienced Team Leader – Web Development & Web Design to lead our development team and as of now we are providing work from home but when office renovation will be over so we provide work from office only experience candidates can apply.

Job Type

Full-time | On-site

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand per month
(Final salary depends on interview performance and experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of web developers and designers
• Handle both frontend and backend development tasks
• Oversee web design and ensure high-quality UI/UX
• Coordinate with team members to deliver projects on time
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of Backend Development (PHP / Node.js / Python / MySQL or similar)
• Good understanding of Web Designing and responsive layouts
• Excellent knowledge of website development workflows
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Must have own laptop
• Leadership and team-handling experience is mandatory

Preferred Candidate

• Experience as a Team Leader or Senior Web Developer
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines
• Passion for web development and design
