Web Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop website layouts, templates, and user interfaces that are modern, engaging, and responsive.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all web platforms.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Optimize websites for speed, usability, SEO, and performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
• Test websites for functionality, compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Maintain and update existing websites as per business requirements.
• Ensure websites comply with accessibility standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong attention to detail with creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation, video editing, or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, MySQL) is a plus.
