Web Designer (UI/UX)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Passionate and Creative Web Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web design, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript, and a good grasp of design tools like Figma and Photoshop. Knowledge of WordPress will be a plus.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, stays updated with design trends, and can collaborate effectively with developers and other designers to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Design: Design clean, modern, and responsive websites based on client needs and project requirements.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create Wireframes, Prototypes, and Mockups using Figma or other Design Tools.
• UI/UX Design: Ensure websites are user-friendly, optimized for speed, and accessible to a wide audience.
• Front-End Development: Write Clean, Scalable HTML and CSS code for Web Layouts, and implement JavaScript for basic interactivity.
• Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with Developers to ensure the proper implementation of Designs and troubleshoot any design or layout issues.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain Design Consistency across Websites and other Digital Platforms.
• Website Maintenance: Regularly update Websites, fix bugs, and ensure ongoing optimization for speed and SEO.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure that websites function seamlessly across different browsers and devices.
• Design Software: Use Photoshop to create visual elements such as images, banners, and icons for web pages.
• WordPress (Optional): Build and maintain websites on WordPress, including theme customization and plugin management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of web design experience
• Strong HTML & CSS skills
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Proficient in Figma (wireframing/prototyping)
• Solid understanding of UI/UX and responsive design
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SASS/SCSS
• Familiarity with jQuery
• WordPress theme/plugin customization.
