About the Role:

Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creativity

• Conceptualize and design engaging, responsive web layouts for desktop and mobile platforms.
  
• Create visually compelling UI designs, graphics, icons, and illustrations aligned with brand guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to translate ideas into effective designs.
  
• Maintain a consistent look and feel across all company websites and digital properties.
  

User Experience (UX)

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
  
• Ensure an intuitive user experience through usability testing and user-centered design practices.
  
• Analyze user feedback and website analytics to continuously improve design and functionality.
  

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  
• Optimize graphics and layouts for maximum speed and scalability.
  
• Stay updated with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging web technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for e-commerce or SaaS websites.
  
• Knowledge of UX research and user testing methods.
  
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, or CRO (conversion rate optimization).
  
• Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar) are a plus.
