A Web Designer is a creative professional responsible for creating the design and layout of a website or web pages. You will be involved in working on both brand new websites and updating existing sites. Monitor website performance and adjust designs for optimal functionality and speed. Stay abreast of the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies. Conduct website testing to ensure proper functioning across various browsers. Collaborate with the web development team to seamlessly integrate design elements. Prepare design elements by sizing, scaling, cropping, retouching, or eliminating layouts. Enhance and implement branding elements to align with company guidelines. Optimize existing web designs based on user feedback and performance metrics. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions. Requirements Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role designing web pages. Proficiency in graphic design and web design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles. Knowledge of responsive web design and best practices for mobile compatibility. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
