WEB DESIGNER

Position Overview
The Web Designer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing the university’s digital presence through visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible websites. This role ensures that online platforms effectively communicate the institution’s brand, academic programs, and student services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update university websites, portals, and microsites.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly layouts across devices.
• Collaborate with IT, marketing, and academic departments to align web content with institutional goals.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual identity.
• Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and usability.
• Provide technical support for web-related issues and updates.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design tools (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in higher education web design preferred.
