Web Designer

As a Web Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing new interfaces for users, focusing on enhancing user experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing website design strategies for new website builds - Collaborating with the SEO specialist to optimize site content - Participating in UI/UX meetings and providing expertise and initial mockup sketches - Contributing to a style guide that defines colors, fonts, and design patterns for our web app - Applying design standards, guidelines, and best practices - Working collaboratively with teams in Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a relevant field - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator - Familiarity with front-end development web programming languages like HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript - Good understanding of content management systems and search engine optimization principles - Proficient in cross-browser compatibility and visual design skills - Updated knowledge of international web protocols, standards, and technologies - Creativity, openness to new ideas, and willingness to learn new techniques - Excellent communication skills Experience of 1-2 years is preferred, but freshers can apply for a Trainee Position.
