Web Designer & Developer

You are responsible for the coding, innovative design, and layout of the Digital Marketing Agency's website. Your role includes creating website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices, writing well-designed and efficient code following best software development practices, gathering and refining specifications based on technical needs, and maintaining, expanding, and scaling the site. It is essential to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into operations and activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices - Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best software development practices - Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs - Maintain, expand, and scale the website - Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them effectively Qualifications Required: - Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS - Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, Javascript - Knowledge of frameworks like Bootstrap, JQuery, and Codeigniter (preferred) - Understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and best development practices - Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development - Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process - Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks within timelines and budgets with business acumen - Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques Additional Company Details: - WordPress, Shopify, and PHP knowledge would be a plus Experience: - PHP: 1 year (Preferred) - Total work: 1 year (Required) - WordPress: 1 year (Preferred) - Ecomm: 1 year (Preferred) - Web designing: 1 year (Required) - Shopify: 1 year (Required) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Mumbai - 400037, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required),
