Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, pixel-perfect web interfaces using
Tailwind CSS
.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to create visually cohesive and user-friendly web pages.
Implement design systems, reusable components, and consistent branding across all web properties.
Optimize web designs for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like
Figma
,
Adobe XD
, or
Sketch
.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, Tailwind updates, and front-end best practices.
Contribute to improving the design workflow and codebase with a focus on scalability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a
Web Designer
or
Front-End Designer/Developer
.
Strong proficiency in
Tailwind CSS
and responsive design principles.
Solid understanding of
HTML5
,
CSS3
, and
JavaScript (ES6+)
.
Experience with
design tools
such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent eye for design, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
