Web & Conversion Marketing Specialist

As a member of the Celonis Conversion Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in maximizing lead generation opportunities and enhancing the digital presence of Celonis. Your responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the activation of content and marketing campaigns on the Celonis corporate website (celonis.com). - Working with stakeholders to coordinate the creation and publication of content on the website. - Supporting the localization and translation of web content to ensure a consistent web presence across different languages. - Creating conversion landing pages in the CMS (Adobe EDS). - Conducting website personalization and A/B testing using Adobe Target. - Assisting with website reporting through Adobe Analytics. - Managing website translations with Smartling. - Ensuring website quality through regular audits and governance. - Engaging in stakeholder management using Monday.com. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree in marketing or business studies. - At least one year of professional experience in a similar role. - A passion for Digital Marketing and a willingness to explore different tools. - Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and ability to quickly grasp new topics. - Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership. - Team player mindset with the ability to support various projects to enhance marketing impact. - Proficiency in verbal and written English. - Previous experience with Adobe website or other Content Management Systems and reporting tools is a plus.
