Shifts: US Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) / Australia Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Work Days: Monday – Friday (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)

Lead Height is a fast-growing Digital Marketing and Web Solutions company headquartered in Kolkata, delivering website design, digital marketing, and branding solutions to clients across India, the USA, Australia, and the UK. We are expanding our international tele sales team and looking for energetic Web Consultants with excellent communication skills and a passion for closing deals in the global tech domain.

Position Overview

As a Web Consultant, you will interact with international clients (mainly US, UK, and Australia) to present, promote, and sell our digital marketing and web development services. The role demands strong communication, negotiation skills, and a goal-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international business owners via phone and email for B2B website and digital marketing sales.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate web solutions.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls to pitch Lead Height’s services.
• Generate qualified leads and set appointments for the business development team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client communications in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team leaders to optimize sales conversions and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills (mandatory).
• Confidence in speaking with international clients over the phone.
• Target-driven and persuasive personality.
• Basic understanding of website, SEO, and digital marketing concepts preferred.
• Freshers with fluent English or candidates with 6 months–2 years of experience in website process / international voice process are welcome.

Education

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
• Preferred: Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream
