Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident Web Consultant to speak with potential clients on the phone. You will tell them about our services and help them understand how we can help their business grow online.

Your Daily Work Will Include:

• Making phone calls to prospective clients and explaining our services (websites, SEO, social media, etc.)
• Asking the right questions to understand what the client needs
• Keeping records of calls, follow-ups, and client information
• Working with the marketing team to match your calls with ongoing campaigns
• Reaching daily and monthly targets

What You Should Have:

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, telecalling, or a similar job (experience in digital marketing or IT is a plus)
• Good speaking skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (more languages are a plus)
• Confidence in talking to strangers and explaining things clearly
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM software)
• Some understanding of websites, SEO, and digital marketing
• Motivation to meet goals and grow your career

• Graduate in any subject (extra points for marketing, IT, or digital-related courses)
