Web Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer at our Pune headquarters, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications. Your expertise in leveraging cutting-edge tools and frameworks, such as Rest Assured, Selenium WebDriver, and WebdriverIO, will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our test processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve comprehensive test coverage and conduct performance testing to meet benchmarks and user experience expectations. Your responsibilities will also include creating and maintaining documentation for test cases, test scripts, and testing processes. You will report defects and issues with clear and concise details, aligning with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in identifying and addressing complex technical issues, proposing effective solutions for application development challenges. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, along with 2 to 5 years of hands-on industry experience in Quality Assurance as an Automation Engineer. Expertise in Test Automation, proficiency in programming languages like Java and JS, and strong communication skills in English are must-have qualifications. Additionally, knowledge of automation tools, testing methodologies, and test frameworks will be beneficial. While familiarity with cloud platforms, security testing principles, web technologies, and CI/CD pipelines is considered a plus, your ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders is essential.
