Job Description: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience who can take ownership of development, enhancement and support of high-performance marketing websites and landing pages. This role requires a proactive developer who can work independently across the full stack, resolve production issues, ensure accurate data capture across all forms, implement performance-oriented SEO strategies, maintain or enhance web automation workflows and deliver high-quality applications. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to work on WordPress theme and plugin development, Elementor Pro., experience with Gravity Form customization, and full stack technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Core PHP, Laravel, Angular etc. is essential Responsibilities and Duties Develop and maintain dynamic marketing websites and campaign pages across multiple platforms. Translate static UI/UX designs (Figma, PSD) into responsive, high-performance frontends. Build and manage backend logic, database structures, and API services. Independently troubleshoot production issues, bugs, performance bottlenecks and security issues/threats. Ensure adherence to code quality, performance, and security standards. Implement tracking scripts, SEO enhancements, structured data, and Core Web Vitals optimization. Integrate third-party services (CRM, marketing automation tools, chatbots, analytics, etc). Participate in code reviews and pair programming. Ensure codebase maintainability using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows. Required Skills & Experience Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 , jQuery, Bootstrap, React.js, Angular, etc . Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL and JSON integration. Open-source stacks : Node.js, PHP (WordPress/Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), or similar. Microsoft stack : ASP.Net Core & MVC, C#, Razor, APIs, Entity Framework, IIS, etc Database : MSSQL and MySQL. Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles , WCAG(Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), and responsive web design. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS). Ability to build secure, scalable, and optimized web applications independently. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
