Role Overview As a Web Application Developer at Astiro Information Systems Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications with a focus on both front-end and back-end development. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with the opportunity for some remote work. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel framework) and React.js - Implement both front-end and back-end development tasks - Utilize MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming - Work on RESTful API development and integration - Proficiently use PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 - Apply front-end libraries/frameworks like React.js, Bootstrap, or Material UI - Utilize npm/yarn and build tools such as Vite or Webpack - Ensure accessibility and security compliance in web applications - Utilize Git version control systems effectively - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Collaborate effectively in a team environment - Communicate effectively and manage time efficiently Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel framework) and React.js - Strong understanding of Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development - Solid grasp of MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming - Experience with RESTful API development and integration - Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 - Practical experience with front-end libraries/frameworks like React.js, Bootstrap, or Material UI - Basic knowledge of npm/yarn and build tools such as Vite or Webpack - Awareness of accessibility and security compliance in web applications - Familiarity with Git version control systems - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Good communication and time management skills - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience),
