Key responsibilities

• Client relationship management:

• Drive client servicing and engagement, build AUA, and develop long-term client relationships.

• Portfolio and risk management:

• Monitor client positions and portfolio allocations to ensure they align with established risk, compliance, and research guidelines.

• Sales and business development:

• Develop short- and long-term sales strategies, generate revenue, and identify new business opportunities through financial solutions and sales processes.

• Financial advising:

• Provide expert advice on investments and financial planning, ensuring adherence to advisory guidelines and risk policies to minimize mis-selling.

• Market analysis:

• Continuously scan the market for emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Reporting:

• Ensure the delivery of various MIS reports as required.

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum of 5-12 years of experience, often in the financial services industry.

• Education:

  A post-graduate degree or MBA from a reputed institution is preferred.
