The Regional Manager Wealth is the face of the business, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining High Net Worth (HNI) clients. The role involves building strong relationships, providing financial advisory services, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The candidate must have experience in selling Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) and managing investment portfolios across multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Management

Acquire , manage IFAs and grow portfolio of HNI clients.
Build long-term relationships and ensure high client retention.
Provide customized financial solutions based on clients' risk profiles and goals.

Investment Advisory & Portfolio Management

Advise clients on investment opportunities across asset classes, including NCDs, equity, and mutual funds.
Stay updated on financial market trends and provide strategic insights.
Work closely with research and product teams to recommend suitable investments.

Business Development & Growth

Track and engage the affluent and super-affluent client segments for new client acquisition.
Conduct and participate in seminars, workshops, and networking events to drive business growth.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: Minimum 8- 10 years in IFA acquisition & growing business via IFA channel.

Industry Background: Preferably from HNI Broking/PCG Desk of Stock Broking firms, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
