Key Responsibilities: Acquire and manage existing and potential Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners, both individually and with the team. Handhold and support partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and transaction growth while adding new clients through strategic initiatives. Provide key market and competitor insights to enable business, product, and senior management teams. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyze sales metrics to determine business growth potential by city and expansion of Hub & Spoke model. Organize events and activities to generate leads and drive sub-broker and IFA acquisition.
