Job Title: Wealth Management || Test Manager

Location: Bangalore/Trivandrum

Job Type: Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

We are seeking Test Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead and manage testing efforts for Wealth Management applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of QA processes, and experience across various wealth management modules.

Responsibilities:

Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
Lead and manage a team of test engineers across multiple projects.
Review requirements and design documents to provide timely feedback.
Monitor key quality metrics such as defect leakage and test coverage.
Oversee test automation strategy and CI/CD alignment.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Manage test environments and ensure test data integrity.
Plan and manage test resources, schedules, and deliverables
Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely issue resolution.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement in testing tools and processes
