About the Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Acquire new clients through calls, referrals, and meetings
• Promote and advise on Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS & Bonds
• Provide market insights, research reports, and IPO/NFO updates
• Cross-sell financial products and ensure high client satisfaction
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure retention
• Achieve branch AUM growth and sales targets
• Support promotional activities and assist in closing leads
• Prepare and share daily sales reports
  

Requirements :

• Graduate (NISM-5 certification preferred)
• 1+ year experience in financial services/sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for financial markets and client success
