2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls through EPABX/PBX phone systems.
3. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
4. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
5. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
6. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photo copying. Help HR in Employee Record keeping & Administration work. Handle Facility Management Staff.
