SAP Basis & Bilingual Project manager

Client- Sony IndiaLocation- Bangalore

• Should have minimum of 8 yrs of experience as Project manager. Overall experience should be 15+. Should have done PM role for SAP implementation/rollout projects
• Should have prior experience of working as PM roles for Japan.Project management experience with U.S,U.K and APAC regions is an added advantage.Should be able to converse fluently in Japanese
• Good understanding of SAP landscape components, system monitoring, and coordination of Basis-related activities with technical teams.
• Experience in SAP Basis administration (S/4HANA, Solution Manager, or BTP).
• Techinical awareness of Basis concepts related to Cloud Platform.
• Capable of handling daily operations, troubleshooting production issues.

Education Qualificaiton: Any PG - & Should be JLPT N3 or N2 certifiedSAP Basis & Bilingual Project managerRoles & Responsibilities

• Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese and English to coordinate effectively with Japan business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and manage communication between Japan and SAP Basis-related activities.
• Act as a bridge between Japan stakeholders and Basis team to track issues, changes, and project deliverables.
• Should be good in preparing reports in excel and working on presentations(M.S powerpoint)
• Should have good communication skills in English . Should be able to speak and converse fluently in Japanese
• Should be able to converse fluently in Japanese with onsite stakeholders and also at time provide interpretation and translation support when assigned
• Should be flexible for working in shifts ( either 7:30 to 4:30 or 13:30 to 10:30 pm IST)
• Should do on-boarding and off-boarding of people including asset allocation/de-allocation
• Should Schedule meetings, Drive meetings, note down action items and follow up for closure.
• Should be able to plan activities and drive till closure
