Medical Coder Surgery / IP / EM / OP / Denial / DRG

Work Location:

Hyderabad
Chennai
Noida
Bangalore

Openings Available For:

Surgery Coding (SDS)
IP / OP Coding
Denial Coding
Multispecialty Coding
IPDRG Coding
EM IP/OP

CTC:

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience:
Minimum
1 year
of relevant medical coding experience
Certification:
Mandatory
CPC / CCS / Equivalent
Education:
Graduation is mandatory
Notice Period:
Immediate to
30 days preferred
Documents:
Relieving documents from previous employers are mandatory
Stability:
Stable work history is required (no frequent job changes)
Hike:
Maximum
30%
on current CTC

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform accurate medical coding for
IP, OP, EM, Surgery (SDS), Denial, and DRG cases
Work on
Multispecialty coding
, including
Neurology and Oncology
Ensure compliance with
ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS
guidelines
Handle
IPDRG coding
and case mix index (CMI) optimization
Support
QA activities
and maintain coding accuracy benchmarks
Review clinical documentation and query providers when required
Meet productivity and quality standards as per organizational guidelines
