Roles and Responsibilities :

We are looking for a hands-on Python & AI/ML Developer with 3–4 years of experience who can design, code, and deploy intelligent solutions. The candidate must have strong programming skills in Python, experience with AI/ML frameworks, and the ability to integrate and deploy solutions using REST APIs, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI services.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for AI/ML applications.

Build and deploy AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML solutions.

Work with OpenAI APIs and Azure OpenAI services to create intelligent solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and working applications.

Optimize code and models for scalability, accuracy, and performance.

Deploy solutions on Azure (preferred) or other cloud platforms.

Collaborate with Product, Data, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Keep up with the latest advancements in AI/ML and implement best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong Python programming skills (must be able to code end-to-end solutions).

3–4 years of hands-on development experience in AI/ML projects.

Solid knowledge of REST API design and coding.

Experience with OpenAI APIs / Azure OpenAI services.

Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

Strong understanding of data manipulation and preprocessing (Pandas, NumPy).

Experience with cloud deployments (preferably Azure).

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks.

Problem-solving mindset with ability to deliver working coded solutions.

Good to Have

LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering experience.

Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
