1)Functional Experience : Candidate must known the basic functionalknowledge of (Sales,Purchase,Prodution,Finance) of any Erp system. 2)SQL Technical knowledge : Candidate must known the basic technicalknowledge of Sql where he able to write SQL queries in the sql . 3)Soft Skills :- Candidate should have soft skills so he should haveexperience of how to handle the client through telephonic support.
