• DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The Impact you will have in this role:

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversees the operations, maintenance and testing of building plumbing, UPS, HVAC, emergency generators, electrical and fire detection/suppressions systems


• Supervise cleaning staff, including execution of quality control processes


• Create and track Purchase Orders along with comparing actual spend versus available budget


• Monitoring of site s building monitoring systems and alarms


• Assists and co-ordinates aesthetic and facilities process improvements


• Liaises with site Regional Area Manager, WDS manager and attend meetings when necessary


• Supports Health & Safety a required including workplace risk assessments, water testing, & air quality testing


• Oversight of amenities such as coffee, vending, parking, event support


• Support office services group s mail, shipping and receiving activities


• 24/7 Response to emergency situations relating to employees and/or facilities


• Supports space planning, analyzing space needs and managing moves/relocations


• Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience


• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• Ability to read architectural and engineering building drawings


• Excellent communication & written skills and client focus


• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio


• Experience with Nuvolo Work Order System (or comparable CMMS)


• Strong vendor relationship management skills
