Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality, accessible web applications in compliance with
WCAG 2.2 AA
standards.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure inclusive and accessible user interfaces.
Utilize
.NET C#, ASP.NET MVC (MVC5)
, and
MS SQL
to build scalable backend systems.
Use front-end technologies such as
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap
,
Kendo UI
, and
ARIA
to develop responsive and accessible interfaces.
Perform manual and automated accessibility testing using tools like
Axe, Pa11y, Lighthouse
, and assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers).
Identify, prioritize, and fix accessibility issues across web applications.
Integrate accessibility testing into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
Develop RESTful APIs and collaborate on system integration using version control tools like
TFS
.
Stay updated on web accessibility guidelines, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
Contribute to accessibility awareness and training within the development team.
