Water Specialist

As a Water Specialist in Bangalore with 10-15 years of experience and a qualification of BE/ B Tech, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will lead and manage water-related projects for new greenfield sites, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from feasibility studies to design, implementation, and monitoring. Conducting source vulnerability analysis on water and preparing comprehensive reports to assess risks will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring sustainable water use practices and maintaining water balance for new projects will also be a priority. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the design and development of water treatment plants (WTP) and effluent treatment plants (ETP) to comply with industry standards and environmental regulations. - Implement advanced water management technologies such as Mechanical Evaporation (MEE) and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. - Define, monitor, and analyze water quality parameters required for brewery operations, ensuring compliance with necessary quality standards. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure project alignment and seamless execution. - Prepare and issue Requests for Quotations (RFQs) for water and effluent treatment equipment and services. - Ensure all water projects adhere to local and international regulations regarding water usage, effluent treatment, and environmental sustainability. Qualification Required: - BE/ B Tech degree - 10-15 years of experience in water project management and engineering In addition to the mentioned responsibilities, you will champion water sustainability practices across all greenfield projects, focusing on reducing the environmental footprint and improving resource efficiency. You will also conduct training sessions and workshops for teams involved in water management practices to enhance their knowledge and awareness of sustainability goals, sharing best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve water management processes.,
