Job Title: Production Incharge – Electric Pump Manufacturing Department: Production Reporting To: Plant Manager / Factory HeadJob Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Incharge to oversee the manufacturing operations of our electric pump unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring product quality, optimizing resources, and leading the shop-floor team to meet company goals in terms of output, quality, cost, and safety. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet order requirements. ✅ Supervise the entire manufacturing process, including assembly, testing, and quality control of electric pumps. ✅ Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery. ✅ Monitor and maintain production records, reports, and KPIs. ✅ Coordinate with purchase, stores, design, and quality departments for smooth operations. ✅ Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. ✅ Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. ✅ Train, motivate, and guide shop-floor staff for better productivity. ✅ Handle troubleshooting of technical issues during production. ✅ Ensure timely dispatch of finished products as per customer requirements.
