Water Jet Weaving Production Manager

As a Production Manager at Techno Activewear Pvt. Ltd. (Techno Sport) located in SIPCOT, Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, you will be leading a team responsible for managing daily production, manpower, efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery schedules for our 96 water jet loom weaving unit. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and control weaving production to achieve efficiency and output targets - Supervise shift teams including Weavers, Supervisors, and Fitters - Monitor loom performance and fabric quality - Coordinate with Warping/Sizing, Maintenance, and Quality teams **Qualifications Required:** - Degree/Diploma in Textile Technology or related field - 8-10 years of experience in weaving with 3-5 years in a leadership role - Strong knowledge of Water Jet Looms (Haijia preferred) For any opportunities, please contact: careers@technosport.in | careers2@technosport.in,
