Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

Popular Mega Motors, Kannur is seeking an experienced Warranty In-Charge to manage end-to-end warranty operations, ensure timely claim processing, and coordinate between customers, service teams, and manufacturers to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle vehicle warranty claims as per OEM policies and guidelines
• Scrutinize job cards and warranty documents before submission
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of warranty claims to OEM
• Track warranty approvals, rejections, and settlements
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and OEM representatives
• Conduct warranty audits and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards
• Reduce warranty rejections by proper documentation and root cause analysis
• Maintain warranty MIS reports and records
• Handle customer escalations related to warranty issues
• Support service team with technical and warranty-related clarifications

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Warranty In-Charge / Warranty Executive in an automobile dealership
• Strong knowledge of OEM warranty policies and processes
• Familiarity with DMS and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred
