Warranty Clerk

Role Overview: As a warranty clerk, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently handle warranty claims. This will include processing and reviewing claims, overseeing fraudulent activities, and managing warranty documents. To succeed in this role, you must maintain a high ethical standard, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in various computer applications. An ideal candidate for this position is analytical, has knowledge about cars and trucks, and excels at building positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents. - Stay informed about company announcements and factory recalls. - Organize and update customer and service records. - Cultivate strong relationships with clients. - Collaborate with manufacturers. - Negotiate agreements on behalf of customers and the organization. Qualifications Required: - Age limit: 18 to 30 years. - Language preference: Tamil only. - Open to freshers and college students (Internship opportunities available).
