An ideal warranty clerk is analytical, knowledgeable about cars and trucks, and adept at building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities: - Ensuring the accuracy and proper maintenance of documents. - Staying informed about company announcements and factory recalls. - Organizing and updating customer and service records. - Cultivating strong relationships with clients. - Collaborating with manufacturers. - Negotiating agreements on behalf of customers and the organization.
