Warehouse Technician

As a Warehouse Coordinator in Oman, your primary responsibility will be to ensure strict compliance with COMPANY policies. You will be in charge of planning and executing various tasks such as loading, unloading, receipt, inspection, stacking, and issuance of materials. It is essential to carry out the correct receipt of incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts, whether they are locally or foreign purchased. Your duties will include preparing Material location and change location forms for all stock material, attaching material tags to all stock materials, and placing them in designated bins. Special packing and preservation of items to be stored will also be under your supervision to maintain the quality of the materials. You will be responsible for ensuring that all materials taken in stock are in good condition and placed at the proper location. In case of discrepant materials, you will need to deliver them to the suppliers after complete and proper documentation. Keeping all storage areas safe, clean, and tidy will be crucial to maintain a conducive working environment. Issuing materials on Issue Slip after verifying authorized signatures, preparing pending material lists for follow-ups, conducting physical inventory of materials in stock, and performing internal safety audits before EHS audits will be part of your routine tasks. To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Technical Diploma certificate along with a minimum of 3 years of warehousing experience in Industries. A fair knowledge of English and IT skills, including SAP skills, will be required. Holding a valid Fork Lifter Driving License will be beneficial for this position. The salary range for this Full-time job is between 500-600 OMR, which includes food, accommodation, and transportation facilities.
