Warehouse Supervisor - Textile Industry

Position Name : Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:*

• *Oversee Daily Operations*: Manage fabric receipt, storage, and dispatch to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• *Inventory Management*: Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure fabric stock accuracy.

• *Team Supervision*: Lead, train, and oversee warehouse staff, delegating tasks and setting daily goals.

• *Safety and Compliance*: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• *Operational Efficiency*: Plan and organize warehouse layout for optimized space usage, improving processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors.

*Requirements:*

• *Experience*: 3-7 years in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the textile industry.

• *Education*: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

• *Skills*:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
