Position: Warehouse & Stores Operations – Incharge / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and guide stores in-charges to ensure timely inward & outward of materials, GRN submission for finance clearance, and effective inventory management.

· Ensure availability of the right materials at the right time and place to support the PPC team.

· Train and mentor in-charges to work efficiently with available resources.

· Consolidate new orders received from the Retail team for effective procurement planning and on-time delivery.

· Coordinate closely with the Procurement team, updating status of critical import shipments to maintain a smooth supply chain.

· Conduct regular inventory audits across all units to ensure accuracy.

· Support the Procurement Head in material planning by maintaining optimal inventory levels to achieve on-time delivery (OTD).
