Warehouse Operator

As a Machine Operator in the Actuation Technologies Business Group at EIMC, Talegaon, your main responsibility is to issue material to the Production/internal customers according to the production plan. You will work efficiently to complete daily tasks and have the additional role of training new operators on 9-meter and all 6-meter stacker equipment. Your responsibilities in this role include providing service to operate stackers and critical material handling equipment, movement of received material to predefined locations, issuing material as per work order and bill of material, identification and reporting of unsafe conditions, ensuring proper use of PPEs and safety belts, releasing material to the shop floor based on requirements, and following safety guidelines during material movement on the shop floor. To excel in this role, you must act decisively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize internal customer urgencies, and communicate effectively about warehouse-related issues. The qualifications needed for this position are an ITI or any graduate degree, a required driving license, experience in warehouse material movement activities, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Preferred requirements for this role include expertise in warehouse-related material handling equipment and the independent handling of 9-meter and 6-meter stackers.
