Warehouse Operator

Your Role Overview: At Alstom, you will have the opportunity to utilize your logistics and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field within the Production, Repair, and Overhaul Team (PRT). You will collaborate with agile and responsible teammates to manage efficient inbound and outbound logistics operations. Your main responsibilities will include handling forwarding logistics, NCR part pickup and dispatch, Customs House Agent tasks, and spearheading logistics cost-saving initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage forwarding logistics operations - Handle NCR part pickup and dispatch - Oversee inbound and outbound logistics management - Apply for GR Waiver and close applications - Manage logistics KPIs and cost-saving initiatives - Analyze unit logistics cost with LCC cost - Handle A&V scrap, non-hazardous, and hazardous scrap - Dispatch PRT parts and conduct cycle counting of PRT stock Qualifications Required: - Degree in MBA with 3 years of experience / Diploma in Engineering with 3 years of experience / Any graduation with 4 years of experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse handling or understanding of logistics operations - Knowledge of SAP and ARIBA systems - Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) - Certification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous - Proficiency in Hindi & English language - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Additional Details: Alstom values passion and attitude over experience, offering stability, challenges, and long-term career growth opportunities.
