Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics operations including loading and unloading of goods at warehouses, depots, and customer sites.
• Manage inbound and outbound transportation to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper stacking, storage, and safe handling of goods.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation for loading/unloading activities and monitor productivity.
• Monitor vehicle scheduling, route planning, and fleet utilization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock movement in coordination with warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations during handling, loading, and unloading operations.
• Resolve logistics issues and handle escalations with clients, drivers, and vendors.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and optimize resource utilization.
• Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle movement, loading/unloading performance, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of loading/unloading procedures, safety, and labor management.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP software.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

job Details:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Location: SK Translines Pvt. Ltd.
